- QMQuandra Merritt5 days ago1.0Dana the manager is very rude! She talks to you like your committing fraud when you trying to cash a check. I have been banking with SECU for years and never experienced this stay away from that branch if you don’t want to feel like your being discriminated against because of the color of your skin! She very much gave off racism in her approach with me and I was super respectful. I’ll continue to pray for people like her that don’t need to work in the public customer service area with that attitude
