- AHAshley HesterSep 26, 20255.0I just came on here to say that I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. We have had nothing but good experiences with the entire staff at this bank. Love the small town charm that they offer. They have always been welcoming, know most people by name and are all friendly. Only issue we have had is that the debit cards do not have the touch option, which is annoying but other than that, I highly recommend.

Had a PayPal transfer that was “lost” for over 30 days and then blamed on PayPal even though I had a confirmation from PayPal’s end but nothing from this bank. Only got it figured out after spending over three hours on the phone being transferred to one “online rep” more like someone sitting at their house in their pajamas. Now checks are taking multiple days to clear after clearing the same checks from the same person over night. There is no consistentcy and now on a holiday weekend have left me with no money while multiple checks were deposited. I really wish there was negative stars to give this joke of a business and bank
