- TMThomas MaultsbyJun 26, 20251.0Brother went in to deposit a check and was denied after giving his id and bank card. Showed his bank card and was told “ anyone can get one of those”. Apparently the staff there is comfortable with profiling, which speaks volumes for the management there. I had a business account there and they charged my account into the negative and closed it. Made the deposit to open the business account and they charged paper statements fees of $6.50 a month even though I never received a statement until the account went negative.

She has helped me invest my money in the proper place for my needs. She is always very kind and friendly and is easy to talk to. I can't thank her enough and enjoy banking here. (All the tellers are welcoming and nice.)
