- WXWillie XDec 8, 20251.0This branch use to be a customer friendly location. The new staff is very RUDE! I was shocked because this WAS my to go to bank. Wow! Come on First Citizens! I have referred a lot of people to this bank. Bring back the old staff or at least let them get training from them to maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy when it comes to customers. SMH
