  I was just here needing paper statement bc my online has failed to properly send my documents they supposed to send me. It took them over a WEEK! BUTCathy the front Teller obsoletely was the best and helpful young lady! She researched was going on..why, how and done. WOW!! Thank you Cathy and Thnak you First Citizens @ Owen Dr. Fayetteville!

  I received the worst service today Dec. 30th 2024 at the 1701 Owen dr Branch by Teller Stephanie P. I watched her give a white gentleman in front of me the most credible, forthright, authentic and sincere treatment when he asked for the exact services I requested except he wanted to change his debit card pin#. She did ask for his ID but that was it. Checked his pin# and double checked it because he said it didn't work. She took her time to explain to him all the reasons it may be the atms he visited etc. They continued to have a pleasant conversation and he left several minutes later. When I finally got to the counter for service I presented her my ID and a debit card with my wife name on it and asked if she needed anything else for the withdrawal. In a authoritative tone she said no but instead she did an intense search of all my accounts all while taking care of other customers and colleagues which took several minutes. As I watched her search all of my accounts (because she worked on the drive thru teller computer that gave me the view to see what she was doing) I asked her if she needed anything else because I have ss card other debit cards and credit cards all tied to the same account and id already been waiting for some time now. She said assertivly no and continued to delay my transaction as if it was at her discretion to allow me access to my funds or not. I stayed calm and showed her all of my credentials and cards and said if you needed to see any other forms of id and or accounts just ask. It was the quick transition of customer service and wasted time that made this matter so humiliating and frustrating. I hate to even think that it was aracial issue but it was definitely biasness that took place! Especially being a valued customer to this bank. This is the first time I have ever had this kind of treatment at any Branch.

  highly recommend this place for home/investment loan. Mrs Tina cauwenberghs helped me out a lot. she took her time and explain everything. Great customer service.

  I have been with this bank for more than 20 years. I have not had any major problems and any small error was always corrected quickly. It was usually my fault! What really makes doing business with this branch is the way they treat every customer with courtesy, respect, and personal attention.
