    Had an appointment to open a savings account. Sat there until long past my appointment time and had to leave. Was told I would get a call so we could reschedule. No one called. I called the bank the next day and asked for the bank manager. Got the bank managers machine, so left a message asking for a call back. The bank manager never called. A week later I went back to the bank and asked for help opening a savings account. The teller asked me to have a seat and that someone would be with me. They were not busy. Sat there for 30 minutes and was ignored. Got up and left frustrated. Does First Bank not want my money?

    First Bank has truly set the bar high when it comes to community involvement and customer service. I recently had the pleasure of working with Branch Manager Maria Johnson and Banker Leasia Nelson, who went above and beyond to help establish my nonprofit's banking relationship. But they didn't stop there. They showed up to our event, assisted with securing a sponsorship, and played a crucial role in educating over 80 parents and youth about healthy money habits. Their efforts made the event a powerful experience, demonstrating First Bank's deep commitment to local community efforts. It's refreshing to see a bank that genuinely cares about its community and doesn't just treat clients like sales numbers. A huge thank you to First Bank for setting the standard and to Maria Johnson for her passion for our community. I am truly grateful.

    The last few times I have been inside the bank was to get statements that I needed for a mortgag . Each time all but one of the ladies working there were so rude! They act like I was such an inconvenience to them. Thinking seriously about switching banks. I've had enough.
