At First Citizens, Charlotte Highway, I've had three different types of checkings accounts, a HELOC, and more. The people at this branch operate like they could run the biggest branches I've been in. However, they do it with very little wait time, a smile on their face, and they know you by name. To the reviewer Butch, there's a "disclosure" in the paperwork you are given when you open a checking account at any bank that tells you it could take a couple of days for money from deposited checks to be credited to your account. As grown-ups, I would not think we should be rewarded for NOT reading by having fees waived for us. I had to pay a fee once to a bank in Virginia because I forgot to allow time once I wrote the deposit in my deposit log. However, I didn't give them a bad review for following through on something I signed. :( Excellent job Fairview First Citizens!
