Sat in line to cash a check for 10 minutes with no one infront of us. Someone finally came to the window, The teller Emily took the check then we waited another 10 minutes and she still had not cashed it. So we finally asked for check back and left. Will go elsewhere. Teller needs customer service training.

The customer service is great. I've been using them for awhile, my parents even banked here. They try to get to know all of their customers. My only con is on Busy days it's kinda slow because of the limited number of tellers.
