Not only do I feel betrayed, but their deceit cost me $100s more on a transaction; and the loss of a purchase of a mobile home that was perfect for our needs (cost, location, and size); because it sold just 2 days later!

The individual I was supposed to speak with was missing. A teller sat me down, late in someone’s office only to tell me we don’t do those loans anymore. When I made the appointment, I stated I wanted to talk about a home equality loan. A simple glance at there notes and a phone call could have avoided my complete distrust in this institution. Why do we need you anymore? I will close my accounts. Clearly not for customer service.
