We also mentioned that we were having trouble with our joint account, my name won't show up on the statements and I can't access it neither on online banking. She tried fixing it that day but couldn't do it right away , she needed to do some research as to why it was happening and promised me to call me when she finds out the reason why. The next day she did call me and explained what happened and the problem is already solved! Very very helpful and determined to help the clients. Thank you Sandra!
