Each time I was on the phone for over 45 minutes with multiple transfers to reps who were curt, short, passive aggressive, domineering, and would speak over me to the point where they were just yelling into the phone at me. Still no access on the app with no hope of ever getting it. Closed my account. Would not recommend.

However, we drive almost an hour to do our banking in Elizabeth City because the people here take such good care of all our banking needs. Kelly in particular has gone out of her way to help us. Simply put, there is no better bank.
