Sometimes my deposits take longer than it should. The ATM machine only works sometimes. And everyone I talk to doesn't seem to have a clue what they are doing. I am definitely switching to a different bank. I did like BB&T, but that's gone now. If I was you, I would not give this bank your money. You can't trust them, nor will you get any help if someone steals your Visa credit card or bank account. Stay away from Truist.
