My husband said, go see Justin and I went yesterday. And they were just so rude. With the eye-rolling and everything else, I wanted to open app a new checking account with them. They told me I had to make an appointment. It's the lady on who she was older. Lady said that she was too busy to help me because they're shorthanded. So unprofessional..went to southern bank...

This is possible the worst bank ever! Customer service is a joke. They won't help me resolve an issue with a company taking my money and not giving me my refund back. Sometimes my deposits take longer than it should. The ATM machine only works sometimes. And everyone I talk to doesn't seem to have a clue what they are doing. I am definitely switching to a different bank. I did like BB&T, but that's gone now. If I was you, I would not give this bank your money. You can't trust them, nor will you get any help if someone steals your Visa credit card or bank account. Stay away from Truist.

The branch folks are great, but BB&T decided they would get into politics with the left and promote the impeachment narrative via a financial newsletter.
