A month ago I started dealing with them because mom has stage 5 dementia and they still won’t help me get access to her funds even though we have power of attorney since May. Had me notarized paperwork and they reviewed when I turned it in, three weeks later they said it’s not properly notarized but I followed their form’s format. Said they’d email another but instead I receive a .dat file that is impossible to open. Mom’s electricity in the meantime is about to get cut off but they don’t care.
