I just wanted help and a clearer understanding of how their overdraft fees work and speaking with her was a very unpleasant experience. Its now what you say, its how you say it, kindness goes a long way!

The teller was very polite and he left. He came back later to return the one's and the he had already searched. The teller this time was very rude and told him that since he didn't bank there he couldn't exchange the currency that he had gotten from their bank. The female that was rude was not identified.

Their fraud division has caught issues as soon as anything happened on my debit card. They allowed me to open an account when I needed it the most. Every time I have drove up thru the window everything was smooth. Likewise when I had to go inside. Their app is wonderful. No long waits with either. 5 stars in my opinion.
