  I came here around 11:15 to open an account. Around 11:35 we discovered I needed a SS card. I told the lady I was running home to grab it. She said “ok great” we came back in the building at 11:50. The lady was behind the counter helping the clerks but seen that I was back. There was a heavy black guy with glasses who had just finished speaking with a customer who walked past us and started making copies for 10 min. Never greeted us but was well aware of us waiting. At 11:59 he asked us what did we need and proceeded to tell us they were closing in 1 minute. We told him we had been sitting here for 10 min and we wanted to finish opening an account. He told me that was going to take 20 to 30 min. I told him the lady already started and she knows we were coming right back. He informed me that she was in the vault and the time was now 12 and they are closed. I feel like he purposely waited to greet us last minute. If I had been informed that I would not have time to run home and come back I would not have wasted the time.

  Siempre me habia gustado hacer las citas en este banco x la amabilidad que habian tenido pero esta vez pesimo servicio me toco una morena ( que no habia visto antes) que esta en una de las oficinas enfrente me tocaba renovar mi cuenta y la tipa me dijo que no podia hacer nada que el tiempo se me habia pasado y sus explicaciones fueron ilogicas lo cual me quede inconforme y me toco hacer la cita en otro banco donde amablemente me atendieron y me confirmaron que tenia tiempo suficiente para hacer lo que queria hacer que mal que pongan gente racista o solo x no caerles bien no quieran ayudar a los clientes que mala experiencia y corage tuve
