So I just wanted to provide reassurance that my experience was indeed quick, professional, welcoming, and entirely painless. I've also walked up and used their ATM before to deposit cash and did have to cancel it once and try again to get it to count my 20 dollar bills accurately but that's just technology having slight errors and wasn't a big inconvenience.
