Trust Bank has no customer service! We have had repeated problems with both our checking account and our bank card. Calls get bounced all around to unhelpful representatives who promise a supervisor will contact us. No one from Truist has ever called us back despite a 4 month pattern of contact. Choose a different bank!

Amy Knudsen made my experience perfect. Her knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond is more than I could have asked for. If you need help, ask for Amy.

When opening an account everything seemed like a normal bank. What brought me into open an account what the $100 no overdraft draft fees (knowing my last bank allowed $1100+ to get overdraft) well Truist doesn’t honor that $100 no cost fee. Yeah I’ve never been charged for an overdraft and they do allow my bills to overdraft it. This happened twice! Not only that but it was made certain that I could overdraft $100 with out any problems. I was allowed to do that twice! After that a customer service rep said I needed a savings account to keep that account current which is a damn lie because when I opened the account I didn’t sign ANYTHING about a savings account for the overdraft. I won’t allow banks to control my money anymore. They’re out to get your money Edited 6/10/24 Went in today to get the rest of my retirement money. Of course I couldn’t. Reason why was because I had an old account (that I already reported suspicious activity on) that had an overdraft (a withdrawal I did do not approve of) . When opening a new account I made it known that someone either had my information and tried to withdraw the money because I didn’t have that much money in my account to withdraw in the first place. I was told that account would be investigated and close. Well neither one was done until today ! I swear this bank doesn’t give a damn about you are your money. After I’m off short term disability I’m going to a different bank. Edited 6/14/24 Well got my disability check…. Of course it went to the account that’s supposedly Frozen and was specifically told no money would go in or go out. Whoever tried to withdraw over $300 got it now! How this can happen after I called and reported the suspicious transaction and went to the same branch twice and they also “Froze” the account and was investigating it is beyond me. I don’t even have access to the money so how is the bank keeping my money safe? Oh and haven’t heard anything about the fraudulent transaction by the bank/investigator. The transaction says withdrawal and doesn’t have anything more to it. Also says Failed transaction! So how did the money get transferred after a month later????? Truist will be investigated now. Specifically the branch I’ve been going to dealing with this. I’ll name the branch after I pay them a visit first thing this morning.
