  As a small local business owner navigating the PPP process they have been amazing! Super helpful and friendly, and easy to communicate with. We've been banking at another huge bank (not naming names) for years and our experience there through these tough times was terrible. We were strung along for weeks with email responses not even able to get our PPP application filled out, only to be eventually told they weren't accepting any more applications. We then opened our account at First National and they were on the ball immediately. They helped with every step of the process and genuinely cared about our outcome. They may be the single reason we're able to survive all of the shut downs due to covid-19. Thanks y'all!

  Rude staff and manager. This is the only branch that I’ve had issues with. Told my employee that my signature is not on file (it is), I have their systems print out showing it is. When I called the employee insisted that it was not in their system (which it is) Called to check the account and discuss my issues with manager, call was dropped, I called right back and the employee told me she had stepped out??? I do A LOT of business with First National this was unacceptable!! All other branches have been awesome! Don’t go to this location!!!!
