- JBJeet BhattMar 1, 20241.0It’s by far the worst banking experience with this branch. It’s happened more than 3-4 times and that is when it compelled me to write this review. This branch has is always free from customers, you will hardly find 1-2 customers at max, and now I know the reason as well. The front office staff Ms. Chadda, I have seen her for more than a year now, but still she is clueless of any bank related process and has this weird attitude as if she is the Commissioner of IRS. The back office staff have a very high attrition rate and they are always new with little to NO training (no offense to them). So they are scrambling even to send out a basic wire transfer. There are no notary’s onsite. The service and attitude of the people working there is pathetic; with zero banking knowledge. If you really want to get any work done with First Citizens bank, please visit the Cary branch. It’s going to be busy, but at-least your work/task will be completed.
