It's taken phone call after phone call to get my name and address updated when they have made the mistake after I moved out of state. I've faced discriminatory practices both on the phone and in person as a trans customer. Closing my accounts with them has been an absolute nightmare. I've been denied a manager multiple times on the phone when requested. They disabled my online banking when I still had a credit card with them. It's been an absolute nightmare. The staff at this location has always been fine.
