For 2 months the phone number I have been using no longer can find my account nor my social security number. I have had no other phone number sent to me. I DID have a form sent to me saying Truist has turned in my account for a Negative mark on my credit!! The form has the number to Equifax and the location of my local bank, but still NO phone number! I came here to find a number where I can reach Truist to make a payment and a complaint!
