- LLLaurenOct 30, 20251.0If I could give less than one star I would. First they took over two weeks to send me my physical and it never showed up so I then had to wait again to get my physical card. I was unable to receive money from Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and cash app. When I asked what peoples bank accepted the woman started telling me what her friend uses and again I said that I need to know what app I can receive money from. I was also unable to use my card and stated that I need it taken care of so I can pay rent, water, and electric. I received no help at all and I asked how I can close my account. The only way to close that account is to physically go and withdraw all the money in the account. I now have to leave work to get this issue taken care of that should not be an issue at all. Absolutely horrible do not use them if you want to be able to use your money.

Donna is incredibly helpful and checked on me a few times after setting up my business account to make sure I had all my business banking needs met. One great experience after another there. I'm happy they've made the switch so easy & enjoyable!!
