Now, the past couple years... •No longer work with Zelle app •ATM almost NEVER takes cash deposits anymore. •APP is ALWAYS messed up (currently not taking a check deposit after 4 tries) •Did away with deposit/withdrawal slips and now ask you multiple questions at the drive through that would've been answered on the slips? Seems like a step backwards to me. I'm thinking about switching banks.
- LLLaurenOct 30, 20251.0If I could give less than one star I would. First they took over two weeks to send me my physical and it never showed up so I then had to wait again to get my physical card. I was unable to receive money from Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and cash app. When I asked what peoples bank accepted the woman started telling me what her friend uses and again I said that I need to know what app I can receive money from. I was also unable to use my card and stated that I need it taken care of so I can pay rent, water, and electric. I received no help at all and I asked how I can close my account. The only way to close that account is to physically go and withdraw all the money in the account. I now have to leave work to get this issue taken care of that should not be an issue at all. Absolutely horrible do not use them if you want to be able to use your money.
