- JKJanice KeziahOct 30, 20231.0Went through drive through to cash $50.00 check for mom…sent check & driver’s license, she asked me to sign back of check & send an alternate ID…then told I would have to come inside…went inside, wait 10 minutes…policies change w/person…have cashed more than one check thru drive thru …customer service people…this person didn’t feel it and definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank nor branch! Mom’s accounts will be closed ASAP to a more customer friendly AND less corporate! Maybe if you had more checks & balances on your employees, embezzlement wouldn’t be in the news everyday!!
