- MGMichael GAug 1, 20251.0Simply the worse credit union branch I've used. Customer or 'member' support is abismal. I now drive 20+ minutes to go to almost any other branch than Cornelius, in order to deal with knowledge service oriented people. You know it's bad when you share your poor experience, about the Cornelius branch, with employees at several other branches and their response of, and their response is 'Yes, we hear that often and also struggle when we have to interact with them'.

I made the mistake of using this branch. The manager nor employees do not care about their members or helping members. If you do not have the money they do not have the time. Closing all accounts today. Stay clear
