This Truist is the worst I have ever visited, there are never more than to tellers available and one of those work the drive thru. There is always 4 or 5 employees wondering around the bank or in there little office with the door closed, no matter if the line is out the door those employees wouldn't look up to help or even knowledge your presence. I want be back!!

A friend of mine wrote a check to me for $75 to cover a Girl Scout cookies that she purchased. When I went to this bank to cash the check because I'm not a client of theirs they felt compelled to charge me $8 to cash the check. I asked to speak with the manager and a lady named Lisa told me she was not going to override it I would pay the $8 or I would not get the check cashed. I understand if I frequent this place a lot and try to cash This Woman's check but once a year this lady purchases Girl Scout cookies for my daughter's troop to help them pay for their yearly trips it's a damn shame this Bank could not override this for the Girl Scouts. What's so funny is I went to another BB&T and they had no problem at all cashing the check they didn't even have to get a manager they didn't even say a word about it they simply saw on the check in the memo it was for Girl Scout cookies and they were so gracious to cash it with no problem. That is so cruel taking advantage of people and charging $8 to cash a check they told me I could go to my own bank well what about their customer who's been a customer of theirs for over 20 years? Is that not any validity? To show their customers they value their business how about they cash their checks that they write without charging $8? What a disgrace! I'm tempted to call Channel 9 News I know it's only $8 but it's the principle
