- HHHeather5 days ago1.0If I could give no stars I would!! This place is horrible. You go in to make a deposit and you stand in line forever!! They have one employee running the front counter!! With 20 people in line. If I didn't have to make deposits for the company I worked for I would not come here !! Never ever !!!

Consistently very slow because I almost never see more than one teller on the front no matter how many people are in line. When the line gets really long, some guy comes out and tries to push people over to the ATM. I will stop coming here. Drive to another branch 2.5 miles away and see. The tellers are very nice and professional. Feels like it could be managed much better. Why did they close the downtown branch? They were on the ball!
- ELElyssa LozanoDec 13, 20252.0Having two big signs saying "COULD YOUR BANKING BE MORE REWARDING?" While waiting in line at the ONLY atm within about 20 minutes is CRAAAAAZY! That's so funny. I've literally been sat waiting at this atm on my day off, and I can't help but thinking "yes. At literally any other bank, anywhere, ever." At any other bank I'd be paying less in fees, able to get money without waiting for ages every time, and I'd probably have to look at less ads and get more perks. I'd give you one star, but this was really the motivation that I needed, so thank you. There's so many other banks near me! Gonna make a list of all the choices on my drive home!

I honestly don't know why he is doing anything with a customer service position. He needs to be fired. I went to a wells Fargo in Harrisburg and was able to open my account the same day with no problem at all.
- KRKathryn RomoNov 13, 20251.0I made an appointment with a business banker to open a checking account for my LLC. Jasmine called a day before the appointment to confirm the details. I advised the LLC had four members and I would be the only signatory. About thirty minutes into the appointment, I was told I could not open the account because ALL of the LLCs members were not present at the bank. Jasmine kept some of the printed out forms from Secretary of State and advised she would call me back. It's been two weeks now--I never received a call. But I did go over to First Citizens Bank and they promptly opened the account without issue (No line and no appointment!). It's not the first time that Wells Fargo has wasted my time.
