  Bank needs more tellers. Waiting 20 minutes in line every time is getting old. Rubi also needs a better attitude.

  I made an appointment with a business banker to open a checking account for my LLC. Jasmine called a day before the appointment to confirm the details. I advised the LLC had four members and I would be the only signatory. About thirty minutes into the appointment, I was told I could not open the account because ALL of the LLCs members were not present at the bank. Jasmine kept some of the printed out forms from Secretary of State and advised she would call me back. It's been two weeks now--I never received a call. But I did go over to First Citizens Bank and they promptly opened the account without issue (No line and no appointment!). It's not the first time that Wells Fargo has wasted my time.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an appt at 12:30, it’s 1:05, they said I have to reschedule because they were running behind but they also had things to do in the back. Very unprofessional and nobody was helpful at all, they did not even tried to fix the problem.

  The banks ATM ate my payroll check and didnt deposit anything into my account. I have been sent through the ringer and still have not received my money. I have began getting late fees with my other bills because they are playing games with my money. Corporate call center absolutely the most useless thing and liars. 1 told me a claim was filed when it was not and another told me a complaint was filed and was not. The customer service on the phone tried to invalidate my complaints and blame me for the atm eating the check... bad business all around. Keep your hard earned money elsewhere
