From the start of interaction she had a poor demeanor, barely introduced herself and certainly had no desire to assist us with opening a new business account. Perhaps you should put her in the backend and not allow her to be face to face with customers. We are taking our business to another bank.
- RCRaul CastroJun 11, 20221.0customer service is terrible! we scheduled an appointment to open an account the day before, we confirmed the documents required by the user service line, and I took the day off to attend my appointment, when the person who attended me arrived, he simply did not want to attend me, I he was demanding different documentation than the one he had already confirmed the day before, he offered no alternatives, I think he just wanted me to leave, so I went to Bank of America and opened my account without an appointment, and without any racial mishap
