I would give them a -10 stars if I could!!!! The branch has friendly staff but unfortunately the call center is a JOKE!!!! My online banking was compromised and they will NOT do a thing about it!!!! I was told that I would have to prove that I didn’t make the purchase, how am I supposed to do that?!? One supervisor(Marcus Campbell)told me to make a police report, I went down to Concord Police department and they told me Truist is responsible and he was not sure why they sent me there. He took my information and gave me a number to prove I had tried to report it. I then called back and spoke with another supervisor (Amanda Cowan) she didn’t even asked for a report/incident number. Was told there was nothing she could do and there was no one in the organization I could speak with. She said an analyst made the decision and told me they were not customer friendly and do not answer or take calls and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and spoke to a supervisor named Sunny P.(she wouldn’t give me her last name) and she got a little attitude with me and told me the previous supervisor was “correct” about analysts don’t take calls and there was nothing she could do about it. I then get a call about 2 hours later from an ANALYST!!!! Kiera, the analyst, told me to go over my account very careful and then email them my disputes. I went back to the bank the next day because new charges started to pend. The bank said it looked like my online banking was compromised so she advised me to change all that information and to apply for a CC so I wouldn’t have to use my debit card in the future. I applied and was approved. The bank branch was wonderful, but I still haven’t received my funds back. I dispute these things back on 5/6/25 and still nothing and it’s 6/11/25!!!! I’m going to have to take them to court for my funds and they will have to pay court costs and attorney fees!!! It’s sad and frustrating to have to go through all this. Trust shame on you, but I’M NOT GOING AWAY!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service by the branch manager Tammy. A mistake was made at the branch, an employee admitted it, yet she was not willing to resolve the issue. She even went as far as telling me to go back the next day because she had other customers.. closed accounts never going back.
