    The ATM is never fully operational. It's unable to accept deposits, unable to print receipts, unable to give cash or just completely broken all the time. You would think with all the fees we pay we could at least get an up to date, working ATM. It's the same ATM they have had for the last 20 years and it's out of date. Do better

    One of the banker’s are great.. But the tellers are unfriendly. First she called to the window and then asked the person behind if she could help her.. I was stunned.. Then told me to take a seat and wait for a banker.. Who then came out to meet, no smile, suspicious of me!

    I loved Sun Trust and always got good service. Truist, on the other hand, is a sorry bank. They have closed most of their branch offices. You might as well have 30 minutes to burn if you go in the downtown Concord location. They will only have one girl at the window and one at the counter. I've already moved most of my business to another bank and will probably move the remaining.
