The ATM is never fully operational. It's unable to accept deposits, unable to print receipts, unable to give cash or just completely broken all the time. You would think with all the fees we pay we could at least get an up to date, working ATM. It's the same ATM they have had for the last 20 years and it's out of date. Do better

I have been mad ever since they closed the branch on Church Street. Union Street is a pain to get in and out I have never had an issue with the tellers they seem Pleasant enough but busy. Called to ask a question about a deposit and was on hold for 7 minutes but that's because they have no help inside
