- LCLacey CastroAug 7, 20245.0I am writing my review based on a single employee at this branch, Shannon. Shannon is absolutely amazing! I have two business accounts here and every single time I have ever came for anything, Shannon has been the one to take care of me. In house, or drive-thru, she literally does it all. Up until this past week when I came, generally she is the only employee ever there, other than the men in offices, but they've never came out to help her with the lines, so again she literally runs this office by herself and she does an amazing job at it. My boyfriend banks here as well with his business account and he always gets Shannon too. He always says how nice she is, same as I do. She's always smiling and super nice, even alone and busy. It's refreshing to see someone actually care about their career and put their best foot forward. Thank you Shannon for everything!
- AEAshley EasterlingDec 13, 20181.0The people at this particular First Citizens are extremely rude and have no regard for anyones time. They do not care about their clientel. My direct deposit was not showing up in my account and I KNEW it was supposed to be there and they kept telling me to contact my employer about it when I know for a fact that my employer had my info correct. I'm the one who input it. They told me they didnt see a check pending and did not call someone to look into it further. They treated me like a waste of time and an inconvenience to them. They are lazy and have no empathy at all for others. Sure enough, I called the customer service line and they found out what was going on in under 10 mins. I wouldnt have had to panic about missing money if this branch would have done what they were supposed to and would have listened to me. I will never set foot in this branch again which is unfortunate because it is closer to my home. Dont even waste your time here. The Concord Mills branch is far more kind and far more professional.
