They refuse to help with any kind of loan and also miscounting on deposits and refusing to admit when they are wrong. Tried to get loan which the Columbus Branch told me was impossible and went to the Landrum branch and had it done in less than 30 minutes. That shows the incompetence of the upper management there. If you have to bank with First Citizens I would recommend the Landrum Branch. Everyone is extremely helpful with no issues.

Never had anything but over the top service.. Everyone has gone out of their way to help. Tellers have been helpful and courteous. Amy Smith in particular has been knowledgeable and a pleasure, giving me advice with money matters. I can only say if I owned a bank I would love to have employees of this caliber.
