I have had no problems at all, everybody has been pleasant and I was able to accomplish anything I needed. My guess is the negative reviews are from a group targeting one specific staff member to get them fired because they don't like them.

Never had anything but over the top service.. Everyone has gone out of their way to help. Tellers have been helpful and courteous. Amy Smith in particular has been knowledgeable and a pleasure, giving me advice with money matters. I can only say if I owned a bank I would love to have employees of this caliber.
