We needed a cashier's check today so we decided to visit our local Clinton branch. Upon arrival, we waited in line to give the lady behind the desk the information she needed to issue that cashier's check. Due to the ID on file being expired we had to talk to one of the ladies inside the office to update it. We decided to do so. Maria a senior leader in the office agreed to attend us. From the beginning, she was extremely rude and very condescending. She asked us “security questions” which she told us that we answered “incorrectly”. She grabbed my husband's social and EAD which she proceeded to go up front where the ladies were at and tell our business out loud IN FRONT of all the customers. This was extremely unprofessional. Once she walked back into the office she tried to make it seem as if we were trying to steal from the bank. I told her “As someone who works in an office, myself as a notary, I definitely do not speak to my customers in a rude and unprofessional manner”. A formal complaint was just submitted to Truist headquarters. Hopefully, whatever she was going through doesn't affect other customers.

Closed several locations around the local area, ATM is rarely operational for all options after hours. Several times I have been to this location in Clinton- (did I mention they closed the one in Roseboro and 2nd location in Clinton)Truist should be required to pay/reimburse ATM fees when theirs isn't working. Extremely frustrating to make the drive, wait in line and NO funds in ATM at 6:37pm on a Friday or unable to make a deposit. Forget leaving a message at the bank, if a response is requested.

I did not get the woman's name, but she was working. The far right counter September 22nd 2025. She Was wearing dark rimmed glasses. Darker hair straight hair in her 20s to 30s . She does not know the banking rules nor the laws. ..... Was not able to accommodate my needs nor even check on it. I called and left a message. To have a manager call me back Because of course, no one answered the phone still have not received a call back.

Today, I went to deposit my check through the window. I told the lady I wanted to deposit 300 on savings and the rest on cash. But when I got home I checked my receipt it said 200.31 on savings and I was confused and checked the cash amount. The lady gave me 200. It’s alright it’s a little mistake but didn’t like that
