I got treated extremely bad and was even denied to open a bank account because the Manager Misty Wester said she felt uncomfortable because of the person I am and had a bad gut feeling of me and even said I was trying to scam her. I don't understand what that entails and why she would even pre-judge me like that. I provided my license, social security and all legal documentation that is needed to open an account. I treated Misty with full respect. Only thing I can think of is that how we are from different nationalities, she felt entitled to deny my doing business with the bank. I went to the Truist Bank down the street and opened the account in 15 minutes and was treated like how a client should be treated. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK EVER!
