    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with how my recent appointment to open a new business account was handled. I scheduled this appointment eight days in advance. Two hours prior to the scheduled time, I received both a text message and an email stating that my appointment had been canceled, with no explanation provided. Given the short notice and lack of communication, I immediately went to the branch to seek clarification. At the branch, I was informed that the appointment had been double-booked. This was clearly an internal scheduling error and not the result of any action on my part. What is most concerning is that no one attempted to contact me directly by phone to explain the situation or apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, the cancellation was handled through automated messaging only, which reflects poorly on the level of customer service and professionalism I would expect—particularly when establishing a new business banking relationship. Additionally, when I arrived at the branch approximately 45 minutes after receiving the cancellation notice, I was told that staff “had not yet gotten around” to calling me. This further reinforces the perception that my time and business were not treated as a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both scheduling practices and customer communication. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and clarification on how such issues will be prevented in the future. As a 30-year customer, I am disappointed to the point where we will be taking our business and personal banking to Chase.

    Just as others customers said- I came in early in AM to change my name and wanted to make an appointment for another day. All the ‘bankers’ were ‘booked’. I was willing to wait but how long does it take to change a name? I cannot wait to move my money and close my accounts!

    Incredibly rude. "Too busy" "You need to make an appointment" "Call the number on the back of your card" Zero guidance. Truly, it is sad to see such a poor level of commitment to service. Disregard is so unbecoming, we drive to Lewisville location because they are so easy and so accomodating and offer a superior experience not only as a bank but as humans that are just overall more kind.

    Imani is amazing, and extremely inciteful. I had a complex situation I needed help with and she was able to help me through the situation professionally and with a smile. A tense situation was made much easier. I highly recommend this branch and her personally for your banking needs. When you need someone to trust, and you’re looking for a place you want to do business with your money, put this at the top of your list.
