- BPBrenda PerezDec 15, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The teller and another woman, who I believe was the manager, refused to cash a check that was issued by their own bank. They stated that because the amount was over $250, I would be my responsible if there was any issue with the check. Since I do not have an account with them, they would not cash it at all. I have never heard of this policy. Most banks will cash a check drawn from their institution for a fee, even if you are not a customer. I was also told that in order to cash the check, the person who wrote it would have to come with me, which was very inconvenient and unnecessary. Overall, this was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff was unhelpful and made a simple transaction extremely difficult.
