She helped me make a smart decision with a large sum of money vs the no interest deposit i had come in to make. Excellent service again! A gentleman greeted me immediately and was friendly asking how he could help. I explained my debit card issue. He handled it ASAP as I made my deposit. I asked his name afterwards and it is Bassam. Nice fellow. He made my experience nice. My card stopped working at Lowe's in Clemmons. They have colones (foreign currency) too which is helpful for my trip to Costa rica. Nice location.

I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before having to call them and ask for service. Then the teller made me feel like it was my fault for not pushing the tiny white button that is not labeled. They have put my money into strangers accounts and I have had to figure out their jobs for them. They rarely answer the phone when I call them and we all know its not because they are with customers. (I have never seen over 2 customers in there at any given time.) The service in the Yadkinville branch is amazing though!! They are spot on with their customer service. Maybe the Yadkinville manager should come teach these ladies in Clemmons how to do it.
