    Customer wrote a 75.00 dollar check to me ..... The charger an 8.00 fee to cash it, I don't bank there. I bank at a credit union so if I write a check it doesn't cost for someone to get their moneys. Would never bank with them ......

    Very displeased with the staff. I have came through the drive-thru here about three times now with no issues and once before inside to cash a small check from a job. Not sure why but today's visit I'm told for their safety I have to come inside.. I just had surgery and have clothes that I do not find appropriate to be wearing in public however, now they have my ID and my check so I was practically forced to come in. I'm upset because I have already went to the drive-thru many times and that was not a policy problem then. I did not appreciate the comment that was made from one of the workers under the supervision of Miss Emily. (I asked for her name .) The employee insisted that she works the drive-thru most of the time and that she has never seen my face so therefore it was a safety concern. I find that extremely offensive. I mean seriously how cocky can you sound when speaking like that to a customer or soon to be customer. If it's a policy then that's fine who wouldn't understand that. What I don't understand is why you would ask me how I would like my money counted out but then immediately tell me I need to come in. I found that rude and extremely unprofessional. Why would I even have thought to look for a policy if I have been successful cashing my check the other times? Y'all need to check your employees and learn how to speak to customers properly. I just figured I'd share my experience. There was a male present right as I was walking in so that definitely embarrassed me considering I was not dressed up to par. Thank you to ruin my Tuesday. You won't get my money again from those checks nor am I interested in banking with this place.

    Terrible bank Anti student Anti disabled. Anti small bussiness Will punish you for having student loans and physical disabilities. Borderline illegal practices And a clear lack of ethics. Bank with your mattress you will get the same rate of return.
