Super knowledgeable, super polite, meanwhile giving us expertise advise and service on our mother's equity loans. He was a breathe of fresh air. I am referring all my colleagues and family to him every time. He gets 5-stars all the way.

I visited the 1405 Executive Dr, Clayton NC branch this morning to make changes to my personal accounts, my business account, and to have some items notarized. Needless to say there were many moving pieces. My appointment was for 10, and when I arrived, someone greeting me almost immediately and informed me who I was to see and that he was currently with another client. While I waited, someone touched base with me 2 more times to make sure I was being taken care of. One of those persons was Isabela, whom I overhead speaking to someone else waiting for a notary. When she finished with them, she quickly notarized my documents, just in time for me to meet with Erik. Erik Rodriguez has to be hands-down one of the best associates I've ever worked with. His people skills are superb, he is thorough, diligent, conscientious, personable, and efficient. He made sure I left having accomplished all of my tasks and feeling fully supported. Thank you to everyone I encountered for this exemplary service!
