The service that I have received in the past with BB&T for over a decade was incredible! At the Clayton branch, Tina went above and beyond for several days pushing to help me gain a solution to an obstacle that I encountered. Her diligence and ability exemplifies her title, Leader! Thank you for your help Tina!!
- WSWc StricklandDec 23, 20241.0Customer service is good the bank and the bank branches suck they closed my account where my sons disability check goes without any notice without anything. it takes longer for checks to clear overall crappy experience the year I’ve had an account there will never bank at any Truist branches ever again
- WBWo BoJul 2, 20241.0I’m not sure of the older white woman who worked the drive thru but she completely lied to my face and told me the branch did not have any temporary cards at all so I waited 30 minutes and decided to walk in because I felt she was lying and on the inside they gave me a temporary card. Lying to customers who have business accounts for years with Truist is not a good look.
