- SAS ADec 13, 20251.0Everytime I need to take out money or deposit the atm is never working. I have to drive all the way to Garner when I live in Clayton! This has made me want to close my account with them for this reason. Please fix your ATM or put 2 ATM

- WBWo BoJul 2, 20241.0I’m not sure of the older white woman who worked the drive thru but she completely lied to my face and told me the branch did not have any temporary cards at all so I waited 30 minutes and decided to walk in because I felt she was lying and on the inside they gave me a temporary card. Lying to customers who have business accounts for years with Truist is not a good look.

I called customer service to request a refund and after almost 45 minutes was told I have to back to the branch to request a refund. The phone rep refused to let me speak with someone above her and when I told her how displeased I have been with the entire experience, she hung up on me. I will be going into the branch to get a refund and will be moving my accounts.
