- LCLisa Clark3 days ago5.0I have been a member for quite some time I am quite pleased and they have excellent customer service I recently went into the location in Clayton and met this wonderful wonderful absolute beautiful person Dawn I have never hit it off and conversation with anyone in customer service because you just command you do your business and your out but there was something about her we laughed and we laughed so hard both you would have thought that we have known each other for life and we had only met that day and I only went in to get something notarized just so you know you can find friends and many places a smile in your own personality goes a long way show me customer service goes a long way when you are a customer and you reciprocate the kindness with kindness a smile with a smile a laugh with a laugh that is what I call a great day for doing business

When I followed up, she simply said she thought I knew—which I absolutely did not. There was no communication, no transparency, and no accountability. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when it involves handling someone else's money. I would not trust her with financial matters again.
