The courts from a different state petition for me to get statements from the banks, in order to handle some business. I went to the bank, expecting some help in guidance with this situation, but that's not what happened. The main thing that bothered me was I asked for the teller to get more information from somebody else that may understand my situation, but she refused. After two weeks, I was able to dry my tears and try again. At that point I found out my name was on account, and there was no need for all of the extra. I am very disappointed in this bank!
