- DMDavid McAllisterAug 21, 20251.0Does not surprise me one bit that this branch is this low. Every time I walk in this Branch it’s not a pleasant transaction. It is not all of the tellers as some are very helpful and nice but there at least 3 that either hate dealing with people in general or expect the customer to know things that they know as common knowledge like they do. I just left not happy but called customer service and they not only resolved my issue but I put in a formal complaint to the three including Stephanie Neal as she’s the one I have worked with in the past and know her name. All of this could have been resolved but sometimes you just don’t know who you’re dealing with and they’ll go every step of the way to make sure they’re heard. Now I’m inconvenienced because I refuse to step foot in that Branch. I will be awaiting to hear from First Citizens about how this will be resolved.
