We had been getting statements all along then we saw 0 balance !!!!! This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous ! Now it looks like it is going to take 6 months or more to get our money back if we even can get it back ! .Beware! Don't trust them with anything . After 28 years at my same address ,same account with them having my phone number but never called ! Then they just give it to NC Treasurer as unclaimed !!!!!!! Crazy and sad !
