It is also less than 3 minutes from my business so that is also really nice. But the best thing about this branch is the staff. They are always so kind, smiling and helpful. They know my name and treat me like a neighbor or friend versus what you can expect with a larger national bank brand, which is the type of bank I will never park my dough balls at again!

I used Hickory often when I was working in Hickory and was served be an awesome lady there for all my questions and any problems. In Claremont Maybell helped me set up my accounts and welcomed me to Claremont and made me feel at home and always was a friend after that. Danny Yang was another person who has always been a great help. I miss her at Claremont. Since then I have not developed a close relationship with anyone. All the people there change so often. This makes me very sad not to have the close relationships with the people there. Each one has always been respectful, helpful, and efficient and I appreciate good service.
