Absolutely and unnecessarily painful, unprofessional experience that I’ve yet to walk off. Terrible experience that made a bad personal situation much worse. I was assigned POA to my ailing mother and visited this branch 3 times this summer trying to get the information required by her care facility to verify her income. Every time I spoke with a woman named Cindy. Both the second and third times I came in [because I never received an update or return call] she did not recognize me nor my request and finally even tried to blame another teller for HER own forgetfulness at one point. It was such an infuriating experience! I have no idea why Mother banked here, but I do know that I will not be leaving my children to inherit this sort of mess. I will be utilizing another bank if I retire to this area. My daughter, who still lives in the area, banks at the local credit union and highly recommends it.
I can’t say that I blame her, because to me it seems that a baboon operating a calculator would be the preferable alternative to banking at this First Citizen’s branch.
The only reason I can imagine that this level of service is acceptable for a business today is because this bank is the only game in town, a theme you will find common to the area.

They have friendly service and the drive through is not to busy, at times so it makes it quick and easy to get the money you need.
