  There was a Teller with glasses, dark hair (maybe her name was Liz something). She does not display any type of customer service at all. I had a bad vibe as soon as I saw her. She didn't seem like she wanted to help me even though I was the next customer and she was the only other Teller open. It took her about 1 min to say how can I help you. When I told her why I was there she acted like she didn't know what she was doing she stared at me and looked at the check. Stared at me again as if she was really unsure at what she needed to do. She didn't bother to ask anyone. She continued to look clueless. Other customers that came in behind me were in and out. I finally said something after 20 mins that if she don't know what she is doing than she needs to get something. Her response is I do know what I am doing. Hello why are taking so long when this transaction could have taking 10 mins. I spent almost 20 mins in here already and still nothing is being done. She tries to argue with me too.
