I'VE HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO FINALLY GET SOMEONE ON THE LINE. THAT IS NOT NECESSARY. ALL THE TELLER HAS TO DO IS PICK THE PHONE UP AND TELL ME TO HOLD ON AND I WOULD BE FINE BUT IGNORING MY CALL ALTOGETHER IS SO DISRESPECTFUL. MY COMPANY I WORK FOR BANKS AT WELLS FARGO BUT I WILL NEVER BANK AT ONE OF THEM.

Called yesterday four hours before closing to inquire about a new car loan. Was told a loan officer would call back shortly. They never returned my call and it's virtually impossible to get someone on the phone.
Called back this morning - long story short - after forty minutes and being routed through 4 different people, I was told they don't do auto loans except through the dealership. So in other words the consumer can't arrange their financing through WF. You have to go through the dealership. Why wasn't I told this to begin with? It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. I've always liked WF but I'm beginning to understand why people hate this company SO much!
Their customer service is atrocious!

I would rate this bank 0 stars if I could! Terrible bank and terrible customer service. Do not use their ATM's, they will destroy your cards and do nothing about it. Terrible bank and even worse service. ridiculous! Never use this bank!
