    I had an excellent experience working with Janet Salem, Small Business Banker at Wells Fargo (Blakeney Branch). From the very first interaction, Janet was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. She guided me through the entire process of opening a business account step by step, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and stress-free. Janet was very attentive to details, patient with all my questions, and always responsive. She took the time to understand my business needs and made sure everything was set up correctly and efficiently. It was clear that she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Thanks to her help, my business account was opened quickly and correctly, with full confidence that everything was done the right way. This level of service is rare, and it made a big difference for me as a business owner.     It makes sense why this branch has low reviews. When I arrived, I was greeted by a Hispanic woman who appeared to be in charge. She told me someone would help me shortly, and I said okay. About four minutes later, she looked at two employees, one white man and one African American man, who were standing to the left of me and said “I can’t do this” while tapping her watch, then told them that one of them would need to help me. Both employees looked at me and began discussing that they had upcoming appointments. I understand appointments are important. However, the manager even asked if those appointments had arrived yet and if they could be confirmed. The African American employee confirmed that his appointment was coming. I have never been to this branch before, but the customer service was extremely poor. At the law firm where I work, we assist clients even if an appointment has not shown up yet. Professionalism and respect matter. As the white employee approached to help me, I told him not to worry and that I would go to my usual branch instead so they could leave on time, since getting assistance seemed to be such a problem. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

    I strongly discourage anyone from going to this branch. Barra (not sure how to spell her name) was the most rude and unhelpful person.

    I don’t understand those negative reviews. Maybe people don’t write reviews with good service, only those bad reviews keep popping up. I have accounts with Wells Fargo as well as other banks. This branch is my favorite. Second to none! They listened, provided best suggestions and services. Everyone is fantastic! Customer needs to treat them as human with respect.

    I cannot believe the lack of respect in that place, the teller who assisted me and my wife completely insulted our intelligence and wasted an out of our lives just talking about things that don’t matter to use. She was like a robot who just doesn’t stop. We unfortunately had to walk out because she kept saying this dumb things, then when I told her we wanted to leave she tried to force us to stay and make us sign things we didn’t want to! She’s lucky I don’t call my lawyer Brad and explain to him what happened!!! I felt like I was being held hostage or something trying to open a bank account….Welcome to America !
