She ignored the problem. Assistant manager is always the loudest and ignorant person in the room. Please, fix it. Cotswold is a nice area. You shouldn't make business that way here.

I encountered rude behavior from employees who aggressively confronted me for parking in a legitimate public parking spot near the building. Yelling and cursing at customers is unacceptable, especially over something as minor as parking. I recommend reconsidering visiting this bank, as their lack of professionalism does not reflect well on their company. Choose wisely when deciding where to bank!
