  You can see 5 employee and 1 customer on this picture. And I had to wait in the line. It's always like that. I was talking to the manager Shawanna Washington. She ignored the problem. Assistant manager is always the loudest and ignorant person in the room. Please, fix it. Cotswold is a nice area. You shouldn't make business that way here.

  I wanted to share a cautionary note about my recent experience at this location. I encountered rude behavior from employees who aggressively confronted me for parking in a legitimate public parking spot near the building. Yelling and cursing at customers is unacceptable, especially over something as minor as parking. I recommend reconsidering visiting this bank, as their lack of professionalism does not reflect well on their company. Choose wisely when deciding where to bank!

  They put a 3 day hold on my check was supposed to get it today checked my acct just to see they put another 7 day hold on it

  I have had many issues with Wells Fargo since it bought out Wachovia, but today was the nuts on the sundae: had my son come in from out of town, went into the bank to add him to my box and no one was there. Not one person, outside of the teller, who cannot do business type transactions, said she could make an appointment for me but it would be 3 WEEKS. What is going on? There were 2 tellers there, said If one is sick they have to CLOSE the bank! I will say Annette ( the teller) was there and she did everything she could to help me.

  This location is doing the quality service really great! They give to every one a nice solution All are Wonderful employees and enjoy your job My special congratulatios for exceptional quality service to Andrea and Edgar they bilingual speakers... and to General manager. After this Review :I came back and; Las week September 2015 I went this location to deposit a check, that check had a problem. Tiffany surprise me! She looked a solution for my problem and kindly gave a great solution. What hapening here? good leadership boss ? good salary? RH department ? I don't know, but I hope Bosses recognize your Quality service an Prize them.
