- JMJosh MangumOct 27, 20232.0I've seen better customer service at a Wendy's. When you walk in, people scowl at you and it seems like you have inconvenienced them with your presence. When I tried to use the restroom I was told that there are "no public restrooms" as if I was a homeless person walking in off the street. People in line nodded at me and rolled there eyes as if to say "this is what it's like here". The man tried to tell me "It's a secure area" - while bathroom is in clear site with no doorways blocking access, what is secure about that? Are they guarding Charmin 2 ply? Rude staff was too busy to see someone looking to open up an account - I am SO glad I saw it before I opened up an account and got stuck here. These guys are the McDonalds ice-cream machine of banking!
