- RDRob DrummJul 21, 20171.0Terrible customer service. I sat at the drive-through window looking at the teller while she was on the phone for 3 1/2 minutes. No one came to help me. Then finally she got off the phone I gave her my check and she went off to help another teller on the other side of the bank and was gone for another five minutes. I pressed the call button a different Teller came up and snidely said "someone will be with you" and he walked away. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location again. By the way the bank was not busy at all I was the only one in the drive-through and only one person on the inside.
